How do I get billing information to Sirius Medical Billing?
We make that easy for you by providing a couple of options. You can fax or mail your super bills and patient information. Or, we can even arrange to have your bills picked up, locally.
Are all claims filed electronically?
Yes. Electronic filing assures that your claims get directly to the insurance company. Even claims to insurance companies that don’t accept electronic claims go to the electronic clearinghouse and are then dropped onto paper. This guarantees conformity and speed.
How long will it take to set up my account?
When we receive your information, we must register with your primary insurance companies for an electronic provider number. This can take 2-4 weeks. But meanwhile, we can process your claims by paper.
Will my claims really get paid more quickly?
Yes! Electronic claims are processed and paid faster. We use an electronic tracking system, so insurance companies can rarely claim they didn’t receive your billing.
How soon will I know if the claims have been accepted?
Within 24-48 hours.
Will I have to install expensive equipment or software?
No. In fact all you need is a fax machine to send us your superbills.
Do I have to outsource billing administration (data entry, payment posting, etc.)?

Will my patient charts need to leave my office?
